Thank you for ordering from my website!
That being said, please keep in mind i am One artist, not amazon.

Once you've placed your order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process. (That means Monday - Friday)
Allow an additional 7-14 business days for your art to arrive to you. (That means, please don't ask me for tracking or why the shipment has no movement on it if it hasn't been 21 business days since you purchased your order). I'm usually fast, but sometimes I also, a human, have life things happen that delay me. 

All art comes signed. I use USPS mail, not UPS, Not Fedex, etc. You won't recieve a text message saying anything shipped, you'll recieve an email.

I do no accept returns, I am not responsible for the mail getting stolen off your porch, getting mangled by a disgrunteled postal worker, or you needing a refund b/c your significant other you purchased romantic art for is no longer in your life.

Yes, I create all the art. Yes Gus Fink is my husband of 12 years. Part of the art proceeds go towards supporting cats at the local ASPCA (probably the dogs too, but thats up to the ASPCA).

IF your art is damaged by the Post office, I'll need proof (as is pictures from you) of the condition of the damaged art. 
I can reship a new print or what ever it was that was damaged as long as you cover the shipping cost again.

I am not riding shotgun with your art, so I know just as much as you once its in transit. 

I write all of this because after 20 some years of selling my art, I have seen and heard it all, and amazon has spoiled a lot of people, i am not amazon, keep that in mind. I am a small business, i am an artist.
